Contributions to Friends of Jim Saxton are not tax-deductable as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and the name of the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle. And indivudual's contribution limit to Friends of Jim Saxton is $2,000. Contributions from foreign nationals and corporations are prohibited by federal law.
